Being honest. Although, I lie through my teeth some days… I love when I can be 100% honest with someone. And if you don’t have those friends, you need to find them! That and having personal days/time. I don’t know how anyone lives without some moments of silence and self-reflecting… I’m such a hippie I think I’ll gtfo now…
